Send our pets the items they need, from toys to treats. You can support us while shopping local at our partner stores, Noah’s Ark in Winnetka or Follow Your Nose in Evanston. We also have online wishlists of our most needed items linked below.

Physical donations
Have new or gently used pet items at home that you’d like to donate? We can use them!
We can accept the following items:
– Towels and blankets
– High quality treats
– Toys and chews
– Puzzle feeders and slow feeders
– Standard 6 foot leashes, freedom harnesses, and martingale collars
– AND MORE! Anything we can’t use in our shelter, we can distribute to our shelter partners

Other ways to donate
We accept donations of new or gently used furniture at 2900 Central St. – any furniture that can’t be used at the shelter will be given to our partners, Twisted Trunk to be sold with proceeds going back to Tails Together.
You can donate vehicles of any kind to Tails Together! Contact us at info@tails-together.org and we’ll provide you with a tax-deductible receipt for the value of your vehicle.

What your gift provides
Every dollar makes a difference:
$25 – provide a vaccine for a new arrival
$50 – provide medication to treat a pet with an upper respiratory infection
$100 – support a local youth program or community event
$250 – provide full vetting and spay/neuter for a rescue pet
$500 – provide medical care for an entire litter of kittens
$1,000 – provide orthopedic or dental surgery to rescue a pet on the euthanasia list
$2,000 – support the purchase of lifesaving medical equipment in our Medical Center
